This month, we’re delighted to introduce Toni Duckworth – our longest-serving team member, cherished by many of our clients and adored by the entire team!
‘I’ve been part of Whitehall for nearly 11 years now, and I’ve loved every moment of it! Since we moved to our new premises in Ramsbottom, I’ve been based on Reception, which is absolutely perfect for me as it really suits my personality. I enjoy meeting people, greeting our new and regular clients, and making everyone feel welcome. Creating a warm, friendly atmosphere is something I’m truly passionate about – it’s so rewarding to help people feel comfortable and brighten their day.
Outside of work, my life is all about family and friends. I’m a proud mum to two amazing boys, and one of my greatest joys is supporting them at their football matches. Whether I’m cheering them on from the sidelines or celebrating their wins, I love being part of their journey and watching them grow. I also cherish catching up with my friends for a good laugh and a glass of Prosecco. Those moments of fun and connection mean the world to me and help me feel refreshed and balanced.
I feel incredibly lucky to have a role that lets me meet such lovely people every day and be part of a company I truly enjoy working for. Pair that with a busy but fulfilling life outside of work, and I couldn’t ask for more!’
