We can all become vulnerable at any time in our lives. Vulnerability can take many forms and can be temporary or permanent.

Our policy and procedures are designed to ensure vulnerable customers experience outcomes as good as those for other customers and they receive consistently fair treatment. There may be factors that limit a customer’s ability to take responsibility for their choices and decisions.

If you have any characteristics of vulnerability, you may have additional or different needs and you may have limited ability or willingness to make decisions and choices or to represent your own interests.

We strive to provide customers with a level of care that is appropriate and to ensure you are treated fairly.
