When Joel is not working, he loves to spend quality time and holidays with his family, plays guitar, and enjoys the gym.

Andy attended Sheffield Hallam University in 2000 and attained a degree in Financial Services. Whilst studying for this degree, he undertook a years work placement at James Hay working in their SSAS department. At the end of his degree, he returned to James Hay as an administrator. Following the management buyout of James Hay’s SSAS department by Rowanmoor in 2006, Andy worked his way up the company and became a Team Manager in their SIPP department. His pensions experience extends to a wide range of tasks including benefits, complex transactions, and death benefit payments.
Outside of work, Andy is married with two young children that take up most of his time. He is a Stockport County season ticket holder and follows them both home and away whenever possible. He also enjoys playing football, cricket and going to the gym.

Vanessa joined Whitehall Group in 2018 as a New Business Administrator and Team Leader of Central Operations. Born and living in Bury, she spent 19 years in retail management progressing to senior management before her 12 years working closely with the Department of Work and Pensions. Vanessa has achieved the ILM Level 2 qualification. In her spare time Vanessa loves to travel, and as a keen problem solver she relishes the challenge of an escape room.

Having completed ILM Level 2 Award in Leadership & Team Skills Emma believes this will assist further in developing solid relationships with her team and clients. In her spare time Emma enjoys making memories with her daughter and walking.

Helen has lived most of her life in Lancashire. Graduating from University in 2014 obtaining a first class degree in Archaeology, Helen’s passion remains history but enjoys the complexity and variety her job in pensions provides. With considerable experience within the SIPP and SSAS industry Helen supports clients in all aspects of their scheme as an Account Manager and supports the team of Account Managers as a Team Leader. Her financial services qualifications allow her to assist clients and colleagues with the legislation and mechanisms of managing a pension. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, reading and football and helps to run her local Sunday Football League.
