Meet the team – Joel Garrigan

‘I began my career as a HR Manager with Whitehall in February 2024 and have quickly integrated into this fantastic team. With a diverse and extensive background in People Management and a CIPD qualification, I lead the development and implementation of all HR policies for the business, continually introducing new initiatives to enhance our workplace culture.

Outside of my professional life, family-time is most important to me— with my wife and our two boys, who are a brilliant blend of English and Polish heritage.
We love exploring new places, engaging in activities like walking, hiking, swimming, dining, visiting historical sites, and making great memories. Our travels often take us to Poland, where we got married in 2015 and continue to visit annually. I enjoy going to the gym, creating art, and playing the guitar. I have had the privilege of performing at various charity gigs, helping to raise funds for important causes.’
