Meet the team – Anya Edyvean

‘I joined Whitehall about 7 months ago, in April. In my current role as a Pension Administrator, I support a lovely team of Account Managers to help them deliver the best service to our clients. My responsibilities include assisting with the organisation of new investments and bank accounts.

Looking ahead, I’m excited to begin the transition into an Account Manager position, where I can further contribute to my amazing team and take on a new challenge, which I never shy away from! 

Before joining Whitehall, I completed an A-level in Accounting and a Diploma in Financial Studies and knew I would pursue a career in the Financial Services Industry. Although I was accepted to study Banking & Finance at Manchester Metropolitan University, I decided to take the practical route and gain hands-on industry experience instead, eager to begin working full time. This decision has been incredibly rewarding and the time I have spent at Whitehall has played a significant role in my professional journey already.

I believe the company’s greatest strength is its staff. The team is a dynamic, collaborative, and highly skilled group of professionals who have set my own standards very high.

Outside of work, I like to live a quiet, peaceful life with my close family and friends. I was very proud to be able to move out at 18 and support myself,  after years of saving and hard work. And with all that freedom, I decided to fill my house with what I loved most – nature! So there are always plants to be looked after or flowers to be arranged (or more to buy!). I also love cooking! When I’m not at home, I enjoy travelling around the UK with my family, my favourite destination so far would have to be Scotland – the scenery was amazing!’
