Helen White

Helen has lived most of her life in Lancashire. Graduating from University in 2014 obtaining a first class degree in Archaeology, Helen’s passion remains history but enjoys the complexity and variety her job in pensions provides. With considerable experience within the SIPP and SSAS industry Helen supports clients in all aspects of their scheme as an Account Manager and supports the team of Account Managers as a Team Leader. Her financial services qualifications allow her to assist clients and colleagues with the legislation and mechanisms of managing a pension. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, reading and football and helps to run her local Sunday Football League.

Anya Edyvean

Anya has lived in Bury her whole life and is in the early years of her career in the financial industry after studying Accounting and Finance in college. Anya has prior experience as an administrator in a wealth management firm, and now looks forward to further expanding her knowledge, challenging herself and meeting new people. In her spare time, Anya enjoys cooking, reading and gardening.

Jasmine Howard

Pension Administrator

Jasmine has previous experience working for the Department of Work and Pensions and also has a background in Digital Marketing. Jasmine graduated from Cardiff University with a Master’s in PR and Communication. In her spare time, Jasmine likes to go on hikes around surrounding areas and travel as much as she can.

Leoni Whitehead

Pension Administrator

I have lived in Lancashire for pretty much all my life apart from moving to Chester to attend University. I graduated in with a second-class degree in Primary Education, which provided me with great problem solving, teamwork and organisational skills. I love working with a range of clients, meeting new people, and adapting to a challenge.  In my spare time I love colouring and organising as well as reading and keeping up to date with media trends.

Matthew Bolton

Pension Administrator

I was born in Bury but have lived in the nearby area of Helmshore all my life. I have gained previous administrative experience working in my family’s confectionary business and in a chartered accountant firm. In my spare time, I am a massive Liverpool fan and also enjoy attending lower league games, alongside spending time with family and friends and completing quizzes.

Olivia Healey

Pension Administrator

I recently joined the team as pension administrator, where I’m developing my knowledge and skills in supporting clients with their pension needs. As someone new to the industry, I’m enthusiastic about learning and committed to providing accurate and reliable service.

Outside of work, I enjoy sewing and taking on DIY projects, where I can be creative and hands-on. I also love spending quality time with my family.

Tegan Lowe

Pension Administrator

I am in the early stages of my career in the finance industry, working as a pension administrator at the Whitehall Group. I previously gained valuable experience as an administrator within a recruitment company, where I was responsible for processing payroll. I am hardworking, friendly and motivated to continue building my knowledge within the pensions and financial services sector.

Outside of work, I enjoy keeping active through sports such as rounders, tennis, padel and boxing, which have helped me develop strong qualities including confidence, independence, assertiveness and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. If I am not on a court, you’ll usually find me at the gym or spending time with my friends and family. I also love to travel and make the most of opportunities to explore new places.

I am proud to be a part of The Whitehall Group and look forward to building a progressive and rewarding career within the company.

Leo Su

SIPP Pension Administrator

I have worked in fraud and anti-scam within the banking world, where I helped spot and stop suspicious activity. Before that, I was in a law firm focusing on compliance and anti–money laundering, so I’ve seen financial crime from a couple of different angles.

Outside of work, I like to keep things active, usually at the gym, hiking and watching football with my friends. I also enjoy exploring AI, especially seeing how it can be used in everyday life. It’s a good way for me to switch off while still staying curious and learning new things.
