Victoria Edwards

Regulatory Reporting Officer

I am excited to rejoin the team at Whitehall, returning into a new role of Regulatory Reporting Officer. Whilst being away, I have developed my knowledge and skills in handling payments, working with budgets and reconciliation. It’s very good to be back!

A highlight of my previous career was in 2024, I worked as a chef / welfare officer for the MSSC taking young adults to sea and helping provide them with life & maritime skills that would shape their future. I travelled all around the UK, witnessing various beautiful sights and plenty of dolphins! My highlight was travelling across to Pegasus Bridge for the D-Day 80 celebrations, taking part in parades, enjoying the French bakeries and the BBQs!

Outside of work, I still volunteer for the Sea Cadets and love a good hike! However, my ultimate pride and joy is my little boy Cody & my two cats.

Paul Dootson

New Business Administrator

I have many years of experience in finance from debt management, running my own business and most recently managing SIPP, ISA and trading accounts.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, building and collecting Lego, watching football and socialising , playing Xbox and telling dad jokes.

Emma joined the Whitehall Group in 2018 after 20 years in the legal industry. Since joining the company she has become Team Leader of the Pension Administration Team. Having completed ILM Level 2 Award in Leadership & Team Skills Emma believes this will assist further in developing solid relationships with her team and clients. In her spare time Emma enjoys making memories with her daughter and walking.

Claire Fort

Account Manager

Claire was born and raised in Manchester and Lancashire. She has extensive knowledge and skills based around office administration and office management, the experience was gained within the Finance and Customer Service Industry. She continually strives for personal improvement and thrives off new challenges, excellent customer service and teamwork. She is married with children and grandchildren, enjoys travelling around the UK in her campervan and still has a childhood love of Lego.

Anya Edyvean

Anya has lived in Bury her whole life and is in the early years of her career in the financial industry after studying Accounting and Finance in college. Anya has prior experience as an administrator in a wealth management firm, and now looks forward to further expanding her knowledge, challenging herself and meeting new people. In her spare time, Anya enjoys cooking, reading and gardening.

Jasmine Howard

Pension Administrator

Jasmine has previous experience working for the Department of Work and Pensions and also has a background in Digital Marketing. Jasmine graduated from Cardiff University with a Master’s in PR and Communication. In her spare time, Jasmine likes to go on hikes around surrounding areas and travel as much as she can.

Leoni Whitehead

Pension Administrator

I have lived in Lancashire for pretty much all my life apart from moving to Chester to attend University. I graduated in with a second-class degree in Primary Education, which provided me with great problem solving, teamwork and organisational skills. I love working with a range of clients, meeting new people, and adapting to a challenge.  In my spare time I love colouring and organising as well as reading and keeping up to date with media trends.

Matthew Bolton

Pension Administrator

I was born in Bury but have lived in the nearby area of Helmshore all my life. I have gained previous administrative experience working in my family’s confectionary business and in a chartered accountant firm. In my spare time, I am a massive Liverpool fan and also enjoy attending lower league games, alongside spending time with family and friends and completing quizzes.
