Leo Su

SIPP Pension Administrator

I have worked in fraud and anti-scam within the banking world, where I helped spot and stop suspicious activity. Before that, I was in a law firm focusing on compliance and anti–money laundering, so I’ve seen financial crime from a couple of different angles.

Outside of work, I like to keep things active, usually at the gym, hiking and watching football with my friends. I also enjoy exploring AI, especially seeing how it can be used in everyday life. It’s a good way for me to switch off while still staying curious and learning new things.

Jack Dunne

Property Technical Executive

I joined the Whitehall Group in 2024 following approximately 10 years in the financial sector, working predominantly within mortgages (both residential and commercial). I am delighted to have joined the Whitehall Group and look forward to a progressive future, supporting clients and team members as much as possible. Outside work, I enjoy spending time with my wife Georgia, and my pet dog Benny. My passion/hobby is the sport of boxing, where I spend much of my time training & preparing for my next bout!

Having lived in Lancashire my whole life, apart from the three years I spent down in Cornwall to obtain my Bachelor’s degree, I then decided to settle back in the Rossendale Valley. Since graduating, I’ve spent the past 8 years in the property industry, specialising in residential, commercial and property finance. I’m delighted to be a part of the Whitehall Group and help support the clients and the team in all their endeavours. Outside of work, I enjoy walking my dog Herbie on the moors and getting stuck into a good book.

Joe Scott Bentley

Software Developer

Joe joined Whitehall as a Software Developer in 2024 after completing an intensive coding bootcamp at Northcoders. He holds both a Bachelor and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance, combining strong analytical skills with a passion for problem-solving. Before entering the tech industry, Joe spent four rewarding years working with children with autism and special needs, fostering creativity and empathy. Outside of work, Joe enjoys playing and watching sport, diving into a good book, and catching up on the latest TV series.

Joshua Molloy

Banking and Payroll Officer

Josh was born in Bury and joined Whitehall in 2016 after 7 years in the legal sector. Josh is responsible for banking and payroll reconciliation functions in the Central Operations team. An avid Audible listener, he likes to spend his spare time with his wife and daughter.

Toni Duckworth

Toni is one of the longest standing members of Whitehall Group. She joined the company in February 2014, having previously worked in pensions with the two Directors. Toni has over 20 years’ experience in the SSAS industry. She is Whitehall Group’s social butterfly and likes to arrange company events. Toni spends most of her spare time cheering and chanting her two young boys on the sideline at their local football matches.
