Richard was raised in the West Country before attending the University of Reading. He commenced his career in life insurance in 1988 before starting in the SSAS business in 1990. Since then he has specialised in the field of SSAS and SIPP and has managed, launched, operated and sold award-winning pension products for many years. He is an enthusiastic music lover with a special affection for Elvis Presley.

Jane was born and raised in Salford and entered financial services in 1997. Rising quickly through the ranks she was a company director by the age of 25 attaining an Open University degree in the process. Jane has developed, managed, sold and operated SSASs since 1999. A keen traveller and theatre goer, she likes to enjoy the finer things in life.

I was born in Lancashire but spent most of my childhood growing up in rural Lincolnshire. I obtained a first class degree in Law before switching over to the business school and studying an MSc in Accounting and Finance. Since graduating I have worked in banking, both retail and investment, which has given me good experience to use as a foundation as I now move into a pensions-specific role. In my spare time, I enjoy playing piano and guitar and am trying (in vain) to learn French.

Jenny has lived all of her life in Manchester and Lancashire. She has an extensive background of strong admin and office management roles and a former creative background in her early career. She is always happy to assist and support colleagues where she can and thrives from learning new skills and gaining as much knowledge from any role she undertakes. She is married with two stepsons, and in her spare time, she enjoys cooking, simple DIY & decorating and walking her dog Jim.

Suzanne has over 19 years of pension industry experience. Working as a highly qualified technical specialist in the most complex areas of SSAS and SIPP for the last 10 years, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to share with Whitehall Group. Originally from Leicestershire, Suzanne manages to successfully balance work with her love of travelling the world.

Emma joined the Whitehall Group in 2018 after 20 years in the legal industry. Since joining the company she has become Team Leader of the Account Executive Team. Having completed ILM Level 2 Award in Leadership & Team Skills Emma believes this will assist further in developing solid relationships with her team and clients. In her spare time Emma enjoys spending time with her family and friends especially her nephews and nieces.

Petra was born in the Czech Republic and moved to England 10 years ago after finishing her degree in Theatre management. With over 7 years of experience in customer service and administration, she joined the Whitehall Group team as a New Business Administrator where she is the first point of contact for all new clients and supports them with the first steps of their journey with us. Petra loves animals and is a proud owner of two cats and a little black cockapoo

I have got an extensive background in accounting and finance. In my previous roles, I have played a key part in the day to day running of an SME. I am currently in my final year gaining further accounting qualifications. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my daughter and family, playing golf and exploring the UK.

Dante has lived the majority of his life in the North of Manchester, Graduated in 2021 with a Law Degree then obtained a Legal Property Role as a Postgraduate gaining knowledge about the Property Industry where he knew this would be the most sutable occupational field for himself. His Technical Role gives the ability to give support and assistance in all aspects Property related. Other interests include Music Production, Stock Market and Sports.

Joel joined Whitehall in 2019, bringing a wealth of knowledge from previous roles in the financial services industry. Joel's experience provides a deep knowledge of pension schemes, including pension benefits and transfers. Joel prides himself on his customer service. He spends his time exploring the great outdoors and loves travelling to new countries, has a competitive nature and strives to be the best at what he does.

Francesca lives in Greater Manchester. She graduated from University in 2020, obtaining an upper second class honours degree in Law, making pensions a natural place for her to settle with experience in contract law and equity and trusts. In her spare time, she enjoys fell walking and reading.

Mark is from Failsworth in Manchester and joined Whitehall in 2021 after 4 years working as an IFA Pension Administrator and before that he worked for Manchester City for 5 years in supporter services. Mark is also responsible for pension administration at Whitehall.
In his spare time he plays 6aside football and is a season ticket holder at Manchester City.

Helen has lived most of her life in Lancashire. Graduating from University in 2014 obtaining a first class degree in Archaeology, pensions were a natural place for her to settle. With considerable experience within the SIPP and SSAS industry Helen supports clients with their pension benefits. Her technical role and financial services qualifications allow her to assist clients and colleagues with the legislation and mechanisms of withdrawing funds from a pension. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, reading and writing and is currently writing a book on the back of her degree.

Nicola joined the Whitehall Group in November 2021 as the personal assistant to the company directors. Born and living in Bolton, she began her career in Customer Service but quickly worked her way up to management across people, HR and Health and Safety. She has a can-do attitude and always has a smile on her face. In her spare time, she likes to travel, spend time with her daughter and partner as well as being a massive foodie.

Rob was born and raised in Bury and studied Economics at Manchester Met University. He has been working in pensions since 2013 attaining CII Certificate in Life & Pensions, Award in Pensions Update and Award in Financial Administration, Diploma in Financial and Management Accountancy. Currently working towards the Diploma in Financial Services, he specialises in commercial property transactions. In his free time Rob is keen on travel, history and loves baking.

Born and raised in Lancashire. Having previously worked within a solicitors specialising in pension and investment mis-selling I have gained good knowledge and experience on pensions which I am now looking forward to bringing into my new role. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family, travelling, being outdoors on my bike or walking the dog.

Josh was born and raised in Oldham before attending Huddersfield University. He began his career in customer service and soon applied these skills to the financial services industry. His experience in pensions includes complex transactions specifically property and loans. In his spare time he enjoys watching all sports and is a huge fan and a season ticket holder of Manchester United, which he has confessed is getting harder to admit as the seasons pass!

Rumi was born and lived in Leicester for her whole life until she uprooted and moved up north a year ago. She graduated in 2014 with upper second class in Accounting and Finance. She had various roles before settling in pensions, having over 5 years of experience within the SIPP and SSAS industry. Furthermore, she has managed high net worth clients and portfolios over 20 million. In her spare time, she enjoys movies, walks and currently manages activities for girls who want to do socialise and do random outings.

Vanessa joined the Whitehall Group in 2018 as the New Business Administrator and Team Leader of Central Operations. Born and living in Bury, she spent 19 years in Retail Management progressing to Senior Management, before her 12 years working closely with the Department of Work and Pensions. Vanessa has acheived the ILM Level 2 qualficaition. In her spare time Vanessa loves to travel, and as a keen problem solver she relishes the challenge of an Escape Room.

Toni is one of the longest standing members of Whitehall Group. She joined the company in February 2014, having previously worked in pensions with the two Directors. Toni has over 20 years’ experience in the SSAS industry. She is Whitehall Group’s social butterfly and likes to arrange company events. Toni spends most of her spare time cheering and chanting her two young boys on the sideline at their local football matches.

Andrea lives in the North West and has enjoyed a 24-year career in Financial Services, mainly in the Mortgage and Insurance sectors, before joining Whitehall. Andrea is an experienced leader and her career to date has included Directorships, Business Development, Relationship Management and Team Mentoring. Andrea is a keen member of her local Amateur Dramatic group and enjoys rehearsing, socialising with family and friends, dining out, cocktails and interesting holidays.

Josh was born in Bury and joined Whitehall in 2016 after 7 years in the legal sector. Josh is responsible for banking and payroll reconciliation functions in the Central Operations team. An avid Audible listener, he likes to spend his spare time with his wife and daughter.

Andy attended Sheffield Hallam University in 2000 and attained a degree in Financial Services. Whilst studying for this degree, he undertook a years work placement at James Hay working in their SSAS department. At the end of his degree, he returned to James Hay as an administrator. Following the management buyout of James Hay’s SSAS department by Rowanmoor in 2006, Andy worked his way up the company and was most recently a Team Manager in their SIPP department. His pensions experience extends to a wide range of tasks including benefits, complex transactions, and death benefit payment.
Outside of work, Andy is married with two young children that take up most of his time. He is a Stockport County season ticket holder and follows them both home and away whenever possible. He also enjoys playing football, cricket and going to the gym

I'm Sophie. I joined the Whitehall Group in September 2021 following my degree in Maths. I am a Technical Executive at Whitehall Group, specialising in all things benefits - PCLS, Age 75's and Capped Drawdown Review, as well as the pension scheme's VAT returns. In my free time, I like to socialise with my friends, as well as spending time with my nieces and nephews.

Sarah grew up in Bolton and has lived in Bury for almost 30 years. She has worked in Financial Services for most of her career and holds several financial qualifications. As well as a variety of roles within life and savings, pensions and ISAs, Sarah later worked in debt management and mortgages. Most recently, Sarah's role was to help people manage their payments during the COVID pandemic for a large bank.

Originally from Yorkshire. Liz relocated in 2019 to Manchester. Graduating from University in 2016 obtaining a first class degree in Business, specialising in accounting. Liz has over ten years of experience in financial services, portfolio property management and running finance teams within SMEs. Her technical role and financial services qualifications allow her to assist clients and colleagues with the legislation and mechanisms of withdrawing funds from a pension. In her spare time, she enjoys snooker, attending the gym and is currently training for her first 10k.

Jerilee recently moved to Bury but graduated from Salford university obtaining a law degree in 2011. She has had a varied but extremely enriching career in sales and the financial services industry. She is excited to bring all her skills and knowledge to this new role. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym, reading and baking.

My background is in administration and office management. I am a firm believer in communication, organisation and working as a team, making sure the customer/client is in professional hands and kept updated. Outside of work I enjoy time with my partner and two young children, taking trips where we can. I have a passion for interior design, creativity, and love comedy!

With over 4 years of experience within the financial services industry, Ritu has explored roles in Pensions and Investment administration. She is delighted to join the Whitehall family and is keen to develop her customer relations skills in her new role. Outside of work she is an avid dancer, gym enthusiast and has recently delved into the fascinating world of tarot reading.

Elliot has lived in Manchester his whole life. He has a strong background in office admin and customer service, working in insurance before moving to the HMRC, dealing with all types of tax queries from pensions to PAYE. He also possesses technical knowledge, completing DipFA Level 4 on his own whilst in full-time employment. Elliot is always willing to do the best he can for clients and colleagues alike. In his spare time, he enjoys watching and attending live sporting events, keeping active and improving his knowledge of the financial services industry.
