Whitehall’s Festive Cheer for Barnardo’s

It’s no secret – we absolutely love Christmas here at Whitehall! But the festive season isn’t just about tinsel and treats; it’s also a wonderful opportunity to make a difference. This year, we are thrilled to be raising much-needed funds for our Charity of the Year, Barnardo’s.
We are delighted to share that, thanks to our fantastic team’s efforts, we have already raised an incredible £1,200 through a variety of fundraising events. And there’s more good news: we will continue supporting Barnardo’s until May 2025, when we will select our next Charity of the Year.

So, how are we getting into the festive spirit while supporting such a great cause? Here are some of the exciting activities we have been enjoying:
- Secret Santa – Spreading joy with thoughtful, fun, and sometimes quirky gifts.
- Whitehall Advent Calendar – A daily dose of festive surprises for the team.
- Sassy the Elf – Our cheeky office elf is keeping us on our toes with a bit of mischief!
- Deck Your Desk – Bringing Christmas magic to our workspace with creative decorations.
- Charity Christmas Shop – A special pop-up where employees can purchase festive goodies, with all proceeds going directly to Barnardo’s.
- Annual Employee Awards – Coming soon! We will be celebrating and recognising some truly special team members who go above and beyond.
As we count down to Christmas, we’re reminded of how much we can achieve together – not just for ourselves but for those in need. Every pound raised for Barnardo’s makes a difference, and we couldn’t be prouder of our team’s generosity and enthusiasm.
