Every year, the team gets to vote for their colleagues in our Annual employee awards.

We have received some fantastic feedback this year, and we would like to congratulate the following winners:

Customer Service Award: Toni
‘Of course this is Toni – her manner with clients is simply exceptional, she even complains to companies in a nice way. I think we can all learn from her and her customer service – I know if I got her on the phone, I would put the phone down thinking I had spoken to someone who genuinely wants to help me and will do exactly what she says she is going to.’

Cool As A Cucumber Award: Andy
‘Andy – a green like no other! His workload is so high, he is pulled in so many different directions but yet never seems flustered and always manages to get the job done with zero flap! – Please teach me how to do this!’

Mover of Mountains Award: Joel 
‘Joel is always on hand for assistance despite how busy he is himself. He is great with his colleagues and customers with an excellent knowledge base and attitude. He is great at making you feel at ease and it’s very easy to learn from him.’

Bright Beginner Award: Claire  
‘Claire has been absolutely fantastic since she joined us. She has been inundated with investment applications, but managed to complete them all, as well as pick up payments, banking and other pension admin duties.’

Chatty Cathy Award: Jen 
‘Jenni is such a lovely and thoughtful person, she’s always making conversation with colleagues and I think this is a good thing – keep talking.’
