Clear and Understandable Written Materials: 97.6% of clients find our written materials clear and easy to follow. Your confidence in our materials is essential, and we will continue refining them to make them as straightforward as possible.
Satisfaction with Online Facilities: 88.1% of respondents feel our online facilities meet their needs. We’re paying close attention to those who see room for improvement and are actively exploring ways to enhance your online experience.
Perceived Value for Money: 83.3% of you believe our fees offer good value. We aim to balance quality and affordability, and this feedback drives us to keep delivering excellent value.
Willingness to Recommend: We are honoured that 88% of you would recommend us to others. Your recommendations mean the world to us and motivate us to keep delivering the best possible service.
