We’ve also included important reminders for SSAS trustees regarding their duties, along with details about our new Trustee Investment Decision forms. Following our move to Ramsbottom, we have updated the Land Registry for all SSAS properties, and some clients may have received related notifications.
Additionally, the newsletter covers the Bank of England’s decision to hold interest rates at 5%, keeping the minimum rate for SSAS loans at 6%.
