COVID-19 A Message from the Directors


As the Coronavirus pandemic continues, we would like to give you our reassurance that we are continuing to deliver the support you need during these extraordinary times.

Like all of us here, many of you will be concerned about COVID-19 and how it will affect you, your families, your businesses and the wider economy. Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the virus and those working tirelessly to care for them.

The health and safety of our colleagues and clients is of primary concern to us and we have followed the Government’s guidance carefully. After home working for all employees from the 20th March, we temporarily reopened the office on the 7th September and implemented an office/home rota with a range of safety measures.

Following updated guidance we took the decision to close the office and return to home working on the 30th September.

Fortunately, technology allows us to continue carrying out face to face meetings with our clients and business introducers via Zoom which keeps our lines of communication wide open. It is great to keep seeing you! In addition, all clients and introducing financial advisers continue to have 24/7 online access to our portal via our website and app. Many queries and questions can be answered by going online. Our telephone lines are also open during office hours and our phones are fully manned.

We would like to thank our IT providers for their support during this period and send our best wishes to all our clients and business contacts at this difficult time.
